Cancellations

If you cancel Your booking more than 30 days before arrival, then You do not have to pay the balance of your reservation, though you will lose the two nights, non refundable deposit.

Bookings

Your reservation request requires that you pay an initial non refundable deposit of two nights ( at the room, date, rate selected by you ). The balance of your stay is due in cash on arrival.

Bookings are made and a contract between You and Us comes into effect when We accept your two nights deposit and reservation request.

Bookings can be paid for using Paypal, Cash, Western Union, Direct Bank Deposit, an acceptable and valid credit card.

Security and Non-Guest Policy

Hill Top Kingston Jamaica tries to maintain good security for the safety of all guests, staff and residents on the property. It is imperative that you do NOT invite/allow strangers to the property. By 'strangers' we mean persons whom you met for the first time during this visit to Jamaica.

Please ensure that our staff knows when you are leaving the property so that the gate can be secured behind you. We will re-open for you at any time you wish. Just announce your arrival by telephone or by using the intercom at the gate.

Service Charges and Tips

Our rates do not include service charges or tips. If you wish to express your appreciation for the service you have received, you are welcome to tip our staff. Please do so directly and for an amount at your own discretion. 

Capacity of Rooms

All guests must be registered with the Manager of Hill Top Kingston Jamaica. Only registered guests are allowed in the bedrooms. Each room sleeps two persons only.
